Napkin sketch to inflation test: what actually happens in 3 weeks
People assume custom means slow. Our standard build is 15 working days from approved artwork. Here is where those days go.
Day 1 to 3: 3D modelling and print layout. You get a rendering with real dimensions and a seam map.
Day 4 to 5: Revisions. Most clients need one round; two is fine.
Day 6 to 12: Printing, cutting and welding. Large pieces are welded on a 40-foot table with hot-air and high-frequency welders depending on the seam.
Day 13 to 14: Inflation test. Every piece is inflated fully, checked for pillowing, print alignment and leak rate, then photographed for your approval.
Day 15: Packed, labelled and shipped with a setup card and blower.
Rush builds compress days 6 to 12 by adding a second shift. We have shipped a 30-foot tunnel in six days. We do not recommend planning for that.
