Sleeping Beauty Castle Entrance Arch
A walk-through castle archway for a park anniversary weekend, built in four weeks with printed stonework and internal LED lighting.

Disney needed a photo-first entrance moment that could be set up before gates opened and struck the same night. We modelled the castle in 3D, split it into six blower-fed chambers so it could inflate in under nine minutes, and printed every turret on 18 oz UV-resistant PVC. Internal RGB lighting runs off a single 20 amp circuit.
